In today’s digital, global and eternally connected world, finding your identity, recognising your unique attributes and having the confidence to make the choices that are right for you, has never been harder.
Life is a series of choices and the consequences of those choices. Tests and trials befall every one of us. We sometimes win and sometimes fall. It is our inner strength, our identity and our conviction that drives the choices we make.
Through this course, students will learn exactly how uniquely and perfectly they have been created, how blessed and rich their individual identities are, the gems that are so personal and so powerful to them.
This course shows us that having a strong Islamic identity is what unites us as an ummah, strengthens us and gives us a place of belonging and refuge and yet it by no means shackles us to all be the same. Our deen has come to perfect our characters so we can live and prosper both in this life and the next. Staying true to ourselves, being our personal best, both belonging and standing independent and confident.
Knowing who we are and what we stand for, makes it so much easier to navigate through an ever changing world.
For, as someone once said, “if you stand for nothing, you will fall for anything”.

Saffia is a married, mother of four, born and raised in Birmingham, UK. She is a home-educator and has many years of experience teaching children and young people within her home and local community.
Having witnessed the debilitating effects of mental health and lack of knowledge on self-worth, personal rights and the ability to change your circumstances, she became a passionate advocate to educate and enlighten Muslim women, to be safe, to flourish and be empowered through their faith and identity.
She works as The Sister Coach, offering 1-2-1 coaching to Muslim women seeking clarity, fulfilment or change in their lives. She is an NLP trained practitioner and continues to learn and grow, seeking more ways to better herself and help those around her.
